Please include your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address. Sorry, but we only accept orders from the United States and Canada at this time. If you live in a foreign country, please do not place an order!

FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S.A. CUSTOMERS! All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please note: The actual cost of having the order shipped to you will be deducted if you return your order and your order contains multiple items. For instance, if it cost us $15.00 to ship five ionizers and you return the five ionizers, we will deduct $15.00 from your refund. If you return a single-item order, we will issue a full refund without any deductions - we will take the loss.

*Why the sudden jump in price? Well it's because we can ship one item using a small flat rate box - not so with two items or more. Shipping cost for more than two items will be based on weight. Canadians, please contact us first before placing large orders (more than 5 items).

Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery (1 to 2 weeks for Canadians). Orders placed online will be processed and shipped at least within the next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to receive and process orders paid by check or money order. Idaho residents must add 6% sales tax.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you do not have to ask permission to return the item for a refund. We do not even need the packing slip.
