We disclaim any liability for any loss, damage or injury that may be incurred as a result of using any product or item obtained from Mystic Marvels. Under no circumstances is Mystic Marvels liable for injury, loss, claim, or damage. Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind including (but not limited to) hearing loss from misuse, bodily injuries caused indirectly by impaired hearing, damages to personal property, lost profits, business interruption, and loss of information or programs or other data on your information storage system; nor do we make any representations as for the completeness or the accuracy of the information contained herein and disclaim any liability for any damages or injuries, whether caused by or arising from the lack of completeness, inaccuracies of the information, misinterpretations of the directions, misapplication of the information or otherwise.

Mystic Marvels also reserves the right to make changes in prices, designs, specifications, and documentation; or discontinue models, without incurring obligation.

We will not give, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose to anyone else, your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone numbers, or any other information that you send to us.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not convinced that the noise generator has made any contribution to the quality of your life, simply return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

                                             TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Our products are constructed with high quality components and thoroughly tested before shipment. Nonetheless, failures are possible and warranty service may be required. This product is warranted by Mystic Marvels against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product without charge. Service under this Warranty can be obtained by delivering or shipping the product to Mystic Marvels. We will pay return shipping charges. Please notify us at mysticmarvels@mysticmarvels.com before sending the product back for replacement or repair.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, accident, misuse, alteration, lightning, or deterioration due to exposure; and excludes all indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

                           WE SERVICE WHAT WE SELL
If your pink noise generator is not performing as it should anytime after the warranty has expired, you may return it to us for repair at a reasonable price. Please notify us at mysticmarvels@mysticmarvels.com before returning the unit.
